Can I return an unwanted/damaged product to an Enchantica Stockist?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 14 days of purchase, or you would like to return the item, you can do so at any one of our 8 stores. Please ensure you bring all packaging as well as your invoice as this will be you proof of purchase. If you are too far away from any of our stores, you can still return the item to us through the post. Please see our returns policy for further details.

I'm finding it difficult to make a purchase on your website, could you help?
If you know exactly the product you would like to purchase, the simplest method is to use the search facility located in the top right hand corner. Alternatively please select a product type from the three options in the product section.
The models have been organised according to the type of model it is. At present we have dragon eggs, merchandise, larger models, small models and special edition models.
Once you are happy with your purchases please view your shopping basket, (top left of the screen). Please proceed to the checkout. You will be required to register an account with us before your purchase can be completed. Please follow the on screen instructions.

Do I need to register an online account with Enchantica?
No, there is no registration process required before purchases. Imply select the product you are interested in purchasing, enter your deliveries, pay using the payment service, and await your order to be delivered to you.

How do I know if Enchantica has received my online order?
Once your order has been submitted and your payment details have been validated you will automatically be sent confirmation of your order via email from our systems. This will be your proof of purchase receipt, which you will need for any returns or exchanges. Your order number will be present on this invoice, please quote this in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order.

Is there any way I can check the status of my order?
Unfortunately at the moment that facility isn’t present, although we hope to upgrade our facilities to include this function. In the meantime if you have concerns with regards to your order please feel free to contact us using the details on the contact page.

Do you store my credit card details on your system for repeat purchases?
We do not store any credit or debit card information. This is a security measure. All transactions will go through our third party service provided by Barclaycard EPQD. Please refer to our privacy statement for further details.

Do you supply or accept gift vouchers?
Unfortunately at this time the Enchantica website does not have the necessary facility to accept gift vouchers, therefore we do not supply them. We may however at some point supply discount vouchers to be used as part payment for Enchantica products bought within store. These would be distributed with special Enchantica pieces that have been purchased by the user via the Enchantica website.

I'm finding it difficult to locate a product on your website, what can you suggest?
Although organised into categories to make searching for the desired model easier, please be aware however that with a changing market, some Enchantica products may be withdrawn, temporarily or permanent. This may be done without notice. In such cases please contact your local stockist who may be able to advise you on where you may obtain the model you are seeking. Our stockist locator, located in the stockist menu, may be able to assist you.
