Product Care
Enchantica models are very fragile due to the external pieces, such as the wings, tail and head horns. For this reason please ensure your models are displayed in a secure location, where there is limited possibility of your piece being damaged. At this time we do not have a dedicated restoration service for Enchantica models, so any damage might be permanent. Enchantica advises that you try and insure your models, particularly larger more expensive models.
When moving these models, always ensure they are carefully and securely packed, try and keep the original packaging, as it has been designed to ensure your models stays in one piece.
